I need accommodation for 3 nights, either in ST, Nuoro, or Cagliari. (or any combination of the 3!) as I fly out of Cagliari on Wednesday the 16th, and only have an apartment in ST until Sunday the 13th.

I would even consider getting to Cagliari via a different route if there are budget accommodations along the way!

Does anyone have any info? I'll be travelling alone, so i'm not too keen on sleeping on the beach!!!

*edit*

i have even thought about camping at la cinta for a few nights post S&B. does anyone know if i could buy a cheap tent, or perhaps hire one at the campsite? or is anyone planning on leaving theirs behind on the sunday? i will more than happily take it over!!

Do you have to be a backpacker to stay at a hostel? I am interested in traveling through Europe, but not backpacking. Just sight-seeing. Do you have to be a backpacker to stay in a hostel? I didn't know if that was an unwritten rule or something. If so, any ideas where I can stay for cheap if I just want to travel? I'd love to stay at a five star hotel but as a college student, I can't really say that I can afford it. Smile If you know what I mean. Thank you so much!

wahahaha I guess backpacker is not really a profession and you don't need to have a special document to be one)))

Of course, hostels are opened for everyone. I use www.hostelworld.com to find ones.
